Course Overview
Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations is part of our Plant Operations training delivery we provide as a nationally accredited qualification.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as skilled operators with civil construction plant, who apply a broad range of skills in varied work contexts, using some discretion and judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. These individuals may provide theoretical advice and support a team.
Western Training provides training for operators of all skill levels. Our training is conducted at a specialised facility designed to simulate a live work site to ensure a seamless transition from a training environment to an active work site.

Delivery
The unit consists of a theoretical and practical assessment witnessed by a qualified assessor.

Requirements
- Must have good verbal and written comprehension of the English language
- Must have good general health and fitness for practicals
- Must wear long sleeved shirt, long leg pants and steel cap boots
- Must hold a USI (unique student identifier) number.

Language, Literacy and Numeracy
Training may be adjusted for participants with language, literacy and numeracy issues to ensure no candidate is at a disadvantage in completing this course. Please inform our office at the time of booking your course if you experience any language, literacy or numeracy issues.
*Concession Card holders and students aged between 17 and 24 have their fees capped at $400 as part of the Lower Fees. The Student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as resource fees and other fees.
